Cancellations & No-Shows

When booking, we require card information to secure your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, a fee of 50% of the service(s) booked will be charged. This ensures fairness and respects the time of our team.

Price Changes

Service prices may be adjusted on the 1st of each month.
Payments
We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments. Please note: Our terminal applies a 3% processing fee on all card transactions.

Health & Safety Policy

For the safety of all clients and staff, specialists reserve the right to refuse service if a client has any infectious diseases, visible inflammation, or other health concerns that may pose a risk.

Refunds

Children

Please arrange childcare prior to your visit. We do not have a play area or nanny services available, and we want your appointment to be a time of relaxation.

Pets

While we love animals, we kindly ask that you do not bring large dogs into the salon to ensure comfort for all of our guests.

Age Policy

For the safety of our young clients, gel services are available from age 16+ (with parental consent). Gel polish is available from age 12+, also requiring parental consent.

Warranty for Gel Services

We offer a 7-day warranty for gel services in case of defects caused by our work. Repairs for damage caused by the client are chargeable.
